Monday - Recovery and/or troubleshooting

Tuesday 3:00-6:15pm @ Brentwood High School - Pole Vault (3:00pm-3:45pm) / Hurdles & Speed development (3:45pm-4:30pm) / Olympic Lift (4:30pm-5:30pm)

Wednesday 6:45pm-8:15pm @ Let it Shine - Jump and Vault Power

Thursday 3:45pm-5:45pm @ Brentwood High School - Dynamic Flexibility + Specific Endurance & Strength

Friday 3:30pm-5:00pm @ Indoor Arena inside Crockett Park - Speed Development & Horizontal Power Concepts

Saturday 10:00am-1:15pm @ Brentwood High School - Shot put (10:00am-11:00am) / High Jump (11:00am-12:00pm) / Event Specific Speed + Plyos (12:00pm-1:15pm)

(On cold weather/rainy days this schedule may be condensed)

Sunday 2:00pm - 5:15pm @ Brentwood High School - Long + Triple Jump (2:00pm-3:00pm) / Hurdles + General Endurance (3:00pm-4:00pm) Olympic lifting + Power (4:00pm-5:15pm)
